OUR FACILITY
Purchased in 1999, the Village of Wintersville acquired the former Wintersville Fire Department site located at 200 Grove Street. The building was remodeled to suit the needs of the police department as well as the administrative and utility offices. The Wintersville Police Department occupies the entire basement of the three level facility.
